Dear Sir (s),
                Under the instructions received from and on behalf of my client abovenamed, I write to you and say as follows :
 
               That, my client abovenamed has been appointed as Para Teacher in terms of the appointment letter issued by the District Project Officer, Nadia and on receipt of the same, my client joined as Para teacher in the upper primary section of Charmoktarpur Modern High Madrasah in the District of Nadia by way of submitting his joining report on 06/08/2004 and since then has been rendering his best service to the satisfaction of all concerned and till today there is / has been no allegation against my client either from management of school or from the students of school.
 
               That, immediately after publication of the notification bearing no. 277-SE(P) dated 28/03/2012 in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, dated April 13,2012 my client and other similarly circumstanced Para Teacher of the District Nadia submitted duly filled in prescribed application before the District Project Officer, SSM, Nadia for taking steps for registration of their names for admission in D.El.Ed. course.
               
                That, since no step was taken by the District Project Officer, SSM, Nadia, situation compelled my client and other two similarly circumstanced Para Teacher to move a writ petition being No. 539 (W) of 2013 before the Hon’ble High Court at Cacutta under Article 226 of the Constitution of India which was taken up for hearing by His Lordship the Hon’ble Justice Debasish Kar Gupta on 16/01/2013 which His Lordship after hearing the submission made on behalf of the Respondent no.4 therein namely SPD,PBSSM to take all necessary steps for registration of the names of the petitioners for acquiring Diploma in Elementary Education through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) method from the institution / institutions recognized by the NCTE forthwith so that, all the petitioners can obtain the qualification within the cut of date prescribed by the notification dated 28/03/2012 i.e,within March 31,2015.
 
              That, despite having knowledge about the judgement and order dated 16/01/2013 passed in W.P.No.539 (W) of 2013 since no step was taken for compliance with the order dated 16/01/2013, finding no other alternative, my client filed a contempt application being C.P.A.N.No. 650 of 2013 before the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta.
 
              That, pending hearing of the contempt application, the order dated 16/01/2013 was complied with by the SPD, PBSSM and accordingly for the session 2015-2017 the name of my client was registered and registration no. 0819210057 of 2015-2017 was allotted.
 
            That, apart from issuance of registration certificate till today no step was taken for admission of the Para teachers in service although after a few months sessions 2015-2017 will come to an end.
 
           In view of the above, I, on behalf of my client abovenamed would like to request you to take necessary steps for admission of my client in D.El.Ed.course at the earliest so that my client can prosecute his studies alongwith other students.
